Milani - Naturally Chic Shadow Eyez 12 HR Wear

As the mornings get cooler and I tend to hit the snooze button more and more often, I look to quick easy eye looks. To me, jumbo eye pencils could be the answer, however with my oily, crease-inducing eye-lids - it's a challenge. After seeing some positive reviews on this product I decided to purchase them off Cherry Culture for $7.00. They claim to be 12 hour wearing, water proof, creamy and of course long wearing.

First swatch impressions were promising - I'm talking smooth, ultra pigmented and they set in a way that passed the finger smudge test.

However, from the first wear I did notice the dreaded crease line toward the end of the day. If you are like me with oily eyelids you will have to prime first. Whilst this isn't a deal breaker, when in a rush it can be a bit of a push to add that little eye primer to your routine. This is probably why the Maybelline Colour Tattoo in Bad to the Bronze is still my most reached cream eye product - totally creaseless!

Would I repurchase these? If I'm honest I probably wouldn't. They are a lovely creamy pigmented product, but they certainly don't make it up to their crease-less claims. Although, if you don't have my oily eyelids and enjoy the shades, you may well thoroughly enjoy this product.
